I've Been Thinking:
Hamas made a statement today that illustrates just how different they are from the Palestinian Authority.
PA President Mahmoud Abbass sent a message of condolence to Israel's President Reuven Rivlin on the death of his wife Nechama.
Hamas ripped into Abbas. They branded him a traitor who had abandoned the memories of terrorists and accused him of disrespecting the families of terrorists.
Hamas even issued a statement that read: "Abbas's condolences are a betrayal of the Palestinian people, a knife in the hearts of the martyrs' families, and a complete disregard of their feelings."
This should be obvious - but there is a huge difference between the Palestinian Authority and Hamas.
There is tremendous tension between the two Palestinian factions, tensions that often erupt into lethal violence.
